After completing my basic business studies, I began my career in controlling, which enabled me to develop a detailed understanding of business processes and interrelationships. My part-time studies then led me into marketing, where I built two marketing organizations. To round out my general management profile, I also gained a taste of sales by establishing an internationally operating sales organization. After 20 years of corporate experience and extensive coaching training, I ventured into self-employment as a consultant and coach over 10 years ago. Since then, I have been supporting managers and their teams as a facilitator and sparring partner through times of change.

Strategies and plans on beautiful PowerPoint slides only make sense if they are actually implemented.
Very often, much discussion is focused on the WHAT, and little time is invested in the HOW. How can all stakeholders and affected parties be taken along on the journey into the future? The skills and needs of the people and the company's culture must be taken into account in order to successfully implement appropriate strategies, structures, and processes.
Therefore, it is essential to enable the broadest possible integration and to support the implementation with authentic and transparent communication. All this with a clear customer focus!
