The Implementing Partners Strategy Process
Our strategy process consists of seven steps, encompassing development (steps 1-3) and implementation (steps 5-7). In between, decisions are made between various strategic options and scenarios. This is where entrepreneurial courage is particularly important. Choosing one option inevitably means ruling out alternative options.

For the successful implementation of good strategy work, it is essential to tailor the process to the individual characteristics of your company.
We like to work with our strategy star, which defines the essential guidelines at the beginning of the strategy work. The goal here is not to make hasty either/or decisions, but rather to create maximum transparency and clarity. Discussing opposing poles creates the necessary friction and releases energy for the subsequent strategy work.

Strategy review
Our stress test as part of strategy implementation. After a certain period of implementation (ideally after two years), we recommend a compact 360° review. With our compact stress test, we verify the current validity of original assumptions and hypotheses, review the success and effectiveness of the implementation to date, and take the necessary measures to adjust the course if necessary.
Active advisory role for family businesses
We take on a role on the advisory board to optimally support and advise owners in their strategy process. This is particularly valuable for companies facing major transformations (e.g., in the wake of digitalization or internationalization) or gaining their first experience with external management.
Advice to the Supervisory Board
During major upheavals and transformations, the supervisory board bears a special responsibility within the framework of strategy processes.
