Coaching:

We empower leaders to make conscious decisions, to use their own potential effectively, and to develop solutions on their own.

Sparring:

We are available as a partner for reflection and support a change of perspective.

Our coaching formats:

  • Individual coaching

  • Team coaching

To ensure effective and successful collaboration, we work according to clear principles.

  • Clarify cooperation
    During an initial, non-binding meeting, it will be clarified whether both parties want to and are able to work together.

  • Clarity about goals and expectations
    At the beginning of the collaboration, the concern and the objective are defined jointly in order to be able to design a structured and goal-oriented process.

  • Confidentiality & protected space
    The coaching or sparring setup provides a safe space where confidentiality is guaranteed. If it becomes necessary to share information with third parties, this will be decided jointly.

  • Time & Structure
    Change and success take time. Coaching or sparring sessions typically take place every 1.5 to 2 weeks over a period of three to six months and last 1.5 to 2 hours. Individual arrangements tailored to specific needs are possible.

  • Collaboration on equal terms
    In this collaborative process, both parties prepare professionally. The coachee reflects and actively contributes topics. We provide theoretical models and proven methods, as well as practical tools. Between sessions, the coachee is provided with exercises, reflection tasks, and transfer assignments to further develop their understanding.

  • Resource and solution orientation
    We provide support in understanding the root causes, identifying resources, and developing your own solutions. We accompany the implementation of sustainable solutions in everyday work.

  • Commitment & Respect
    Agreements reached jointly will be honored. Fair and practical solutions will be found together for any changes that may occur during the ongoing process. Cooperation is based on mutual respect and trust.
