As a crisis-savvy manager with two decades of leadership experience, I understand the challenges of complex and critical implementation projects. I have worked as a project/program manager and managing director in a wide variety of industries. My most exciting time was nine years as a managing director in companies with 50 to 1,200 employees, with responsibility for all business areas.

Since 2018 - and recently with my partners at Implementing-Partners - I have been making my experience and skills available to mostly owner-managed companies as a project and interim manager.

My methodical approach is shaped by my technical background from working on numerous IT projects, as well as my business and project management training and experience. My clients benefit from my many years of experience as a manager when working within corporate teams.
