The first years of my professional life were characterized by sales topics: building up an international market in a service company and subsequently establishing a new business area in a service company – all as a member of the management team.
The path led to implementation-oriented consulting: establishing project management, designing transformations and complex strategy developments.
The last few years have been characterized by interim roles – the shared responsibility for implementation is a particular source of motivation. The topics range from strategy development/implementation, building business development, operational excellence topics, and shaping international organizational design. In short: corporate development. I find these topics particularly exciting in an international and intercultural context.
I've been fascinated by the diversity and complexity of organizations for 25 years. I'm curious to understand how they interact and what it takes for collaboration to lead to the implementation of new ideas. This curiosity runs like a thread through my educational background: a dissertation in organizational development, various systemic training courses, and in-depth study of group dynamics. I enjoy reflecting on these experiences in publishing articles.
A hands-on mentality in implementation is particularly important to me!
