Leadership, development, and responsibility have been my focus for over 20 years – in a wide variety of roles, organizations, and systems. In all my experiences, I've never focused solely on structures and processes, but always also on people. On unlocking potential, fostering a culture of responsibility, and achieving genuine growth.


I have built sales teams, strategically shaped organizations, mentored managers, and initiated change processes – both regionally and internationally. A particular focus has always been on the practical development of sales structures that not only function efficiently but also keep people at the forefront.


By becoming self-employed, I have taken a decisive step to apply my many years of experience in management, sales, and leadership to the targeted support of entrepreneurs and executives. I work with a systemic perspective, taking a holistic view – as a sparring partner, coach, and catalyst. I combine business acumen with human depth, create space for shifts in perspective, and inject energy into development processes.


My areas of expertise lie in leadership development, the strategic building of teams, organizations, and sales structures, as well as supporting change processes. With a systemic perspective, I support people in responsible roles as a coach and sparring partner on equal footing – practically, reliably, and with foresight.
