Change is a constant in my life. After completing my engineering studies, I began my career at a medium-sized consulting firm based in Innsbruck and Vienna. During those five years, I learned the tools of the trade and got to know many interesting companies. But something was missing: the responsibility for implementation! This led to a very exciting period at an international corporation. There, I was given global leadership roles in product management and product development. For over 14 years, I led up to 100 employees across multiple locations. My move to self-employment in 2021 marks the continuation of my personal transformation process.
With over 100 major implementation projects, many of which I planned, executed, or supported myself, I've witnessed firsthand why projects succeed or fail. Together with my business partners, I want to share this experience with as many entrepreneurs as possible. Successful implementation requires bold and forward-thinking decisions. Together, we create the necessary environment, thereby maximizing the prospects for both economic and emotional success. Speaking of emotions: Critical issues, in particular, demand a ruthlessly honest discussion. This is based on a trusting and respectful collaboration on equal footing.
I am particularly passionate about interacting with young people. As an external lecturer at the MCI Management Center Innsbruck, I enjoy inspiring students about product development.
