Change is my constant in life. After completing my engineering studies, I began my professional career at a medium-sized consulting firm based in Innsbruck and Vienna. During these five years, I learned the tools of consulting and got to know many interesting companies. But there was something I missed: responsibility for implementation! A very exciting time began at an international corporation. There, I was able to assume global leadership roles in product management and product development. For over 14 years, I managed up to 100 employees at multiple locations. My decision to become self-employed in 2021 represents a logical continuation of my personal transformation process.
In many implementation projects, I've experienced why implementations fail or succeed. Together with my business partners, I want to share my experiences with as many entrepreneurs as possible. Successful implementation requires bold and forward-looking decisions. Together, we create the necessary environment for this, thus enabling the greatest possible prospect of economic and emotional success. Speaking of emotions: Critical topics, in particular, require brutally honest discussion. The foundation for this is a trusting and respectful collaboration on equal terms.
A particular passion is engaging with young people. As an external lecturer at the MCI Management Center Innsbruck, I enjoy inspiring students about product development.
