With over 18 years of experience, particularly in the life sciences sector, I'm passionate about the continuous development of this exciting industry. Innovation was already at the heart of my career at a German IT company, where I worked in product management and software development.

In 2007, I co-founded a medical technology startup, a university spin-off in the field of radiology diagnostics, which I successfully built and established internationally as managing partner. After more than a decade in my own company, I held senior management positions in business development and marketing at medium-sized companies in the MedIT and MedTech sectors.

For me, the ability to analyze complex relationships, develop clear strategies, and implement them effectively with strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational skills is the key to successfully completing projects and leading motivated teams. My passion is developing and implementing innovative solutions and product ideas – whether within a startup, venture, or established company.

Since 2021, I have been contributing my expertise as a project and interim manager, supporting companies in implementing innovations and new business ideas. I am particularly attracted to working with young, dynamic companies where I can contribute my enthusiasm for new trends and creative solutions.
